Today, I want to share something we’ve done at Atelier QG, our screen printing and embroidery business, that’s been a total game-changer.

The Problem

Handling initial customer inquiries is a massive time sink. Most questions revolve around the same things—pricing, product options, turnaround times—and yet, responding manually eats up hours every week.

  • “What’s your minimum order quantity?”
  • “How long does it take to get my order?”
  • “Can you do custom designs?”

Sound familiar? We were spending hours each week typing the same responses, over and over. Not exactly the best use of time when you’re trying to grow a business.

The Solution

We brought in Lindy.ai, an AI agent trained with all our key business details—prices, product catalog, order process, and more. Now, when potential clients fill out a form on our website, Lindy replies, answering their questions and even asking for missing details to move orders forward.

But here’s the interesting part – she doesn’t just reply, she engages. If someone asks about pricing but forgets to mention quantity, she’ll ask. If they’re interested in custom design but haven’t specified colors, she’ll probe for more details.
