📡 AI turns WiFi routers into cameras that can see through walls
Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University have repurposed a common piece of tech found in virtually every household into a tracking technology.
They used radio signals from WiFi routers to detect and track the three-dimensional shape and movements of human bodies in a room.
They didn’t have to use any cameras or expensive LiDAR hardware.
Spooky? A little.
